The adjustable lifting arm for the press frame offers excellent access when replacing components like the kingpin. With this unit, you can effortlessly remove hubs. The provided tool fixture holds existing tools securely for hub/wheel removal. It allows for the ergonomic and safe lifting of heavy hubs, whether they include brake discs or dual wheels with brake drums, making the process much easier and safer for workers.

The included hydraulic pump can be easily disconnected from the lift for use on the floor inside the wheelhouse when replacing kingpins, etc. This simplifies and streamlines work in tight spaces. Thanks to four large caster wheels, the lift is easy to move and maneuver, even with a
maximum load of 350 kg. When working with wheel hubs, the front casters can be locked in a straight position for easy operation.

The kit is used when removing wheels toghether with the hub and brake drum, in cases where the original wheel bolts are too short to properly connect the hub puller 03-00016-32T/45T/70T. It makes the job smoother, reduces the risk of damage, and enables a safer and more efficient diassembly process.

HLD2025-150 Universal Brake caliper holder

A robust and versatile brake caliper holder, developed to complement the hydraulic lift HLD2025. Regardless of make, the holder is universally adapted to fit most brake calipers for heavy vehicles such as trucks, trailers, and buses. Easily mounted in the lift’s adjustable tool/press block fixture and enables ergonomic and safe handling when removing and installing brake calipers.

The sturdy construction keeps the brake caliper in the correct position during work, which reduces the risk of incorrect loading, accidents, and wear and tear on the mechanic.
