Join me, Karl Johan, as I head out on the road to visit one of our long-standing customers who has been using our tool system for many years.
The purpose of the visit is simple: to be on site at the workshop, see how they work in their daily operations, and talk with the team about their needs. We discuss tools, technical challenges, and how the right equipment can make their everyday jobs easier and more efficient.
Being there in person gives us a complete picture of the workshop. In meetings with the customer, I hear directly from the technicians what works well and where there is room for improvement. The conversation covers both practical workshop tasks and how our products can be used effectively on the shop floor. This is how we develop new tools together with our customers and continue driving innovation forward.
This is not just a visit – it’s part of how we work to truly understand our customers’ reality and create tool solutions that make a real difference. Being present in the workshop, seeing the work firsthand, and speaking with the people doing it provides valuable insights and a deeper understanding of what workshops actually need.
