Service

Our tools and products are designed to be able to service. Some service commitments are possible for you as a customer to do, just be sure to follow the manual. You may also drop off or send in the product to our service department.
Send the Service Form together with the Product. You can find the form here. Print out the form, fill it in, and attached it to the parcel with the parts that need servicing.

We provide spare parts for all our tools for at least 8 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty

We provide 1 years warranty on our products from the date of delivery.

The warranty is valid provided:
-That the product has been taken care of, used in a normal fashion according to the manual, and not been exposed to tampering.
-That you contact Wallmek immediately when the problem is discovered so we can determine the cause.

In case of manufacturing or material faults, the part will be replaced. For services performed primarily for private purposes, the Consumer Services Act’s rules for consumers. Buyer shall in no case be entitled to compensation for loss of business.
